  • If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be displayed at checkout.

  • International shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that are the responsibility of the recipient.


4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • If an order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


6. International Shipping Policies

  • Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import laws and customs regulations.

  • We are not responsible for any delays, customs holds, or additional fees imposed by international customs agencies.

  • If an international order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
