1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement.
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.

We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be displayed at checkout.
International shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
If an order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping Policies
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import laws and customs regulations.
We are not responsible for any delays, customs holds, or additional fees imposed by international customs agencies.
If an international order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
