Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items, including clearance items, customized products, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@kovaextcity.com with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to ship the item.

  3. Securely package the item and include the RA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • If rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cases where we made an error in fulfillment.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards and downloadable software.

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after receipt.

  • Any item returned after 30 days from the delivery date.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order is shipped, it must be processed as a return.

  • If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
